When submitting an Odd Job, you'll submit your payment through Stripe and we'll get a read of your budget. You'll send us a description of what you need doing, and it'll enter our overall work pipeline to be picked up when our team next have capacity.
We'll email you with an estimate on delivery within 24 hours and we offer a no-hassle refund if our expectations don't align.
We'll contact you when we start and send over a complete project as soon as we're done. No padding for time or adding imaginary hours here!
Once you've bought your Even More Jobs subscription, we'll send you an email receipt and then we'll contact you directly to let you know you're all set up on our system.
We'll send you a link to your own ticket submission pipeline. Simply submit the form - up to three jobs in advance - and we'll add them to our job tracker and assign a team to swarm them.
We'll work on them one at a time and, when you're happy the job is done, we'll move on to the next one. This hyper-focus on one task at a time means we can put specialists on the job and turnaround the work at a rapid pace.
If you need us to work on two or more tasks concurrently, then simply pick up another monthly subscription and you'll get twice the jobs complete.
